Anyone remember that guy with the placard who used to walk Oxford Street selling his leaflets, decrying on nuts, protein and sitting ?
Just resurfaced in my mind while I was thinking what to write about another person sitting on a bench.

Ah, yes, I remember the lustful proteins man.
ReplyDeleteNever knew such a man existed. Somehow my existence seems poorer for not having run across him.
ReplyDeleteYes - he used to travel up from Ealing - where he lived in a flat full of his leaflets etc. Originally he would ride up to Oxford Street - he used to wander up and down Oxford Street., around Charing Cross Road etc - on a bike. I remember him fondly. And I know this about him because he was a "listed Londoner" -posthumously - on Robert Elms Show on London Radio.
